There's never a good time to have a leak. There's rarely a time to find out you need to replace your entire roof. However, in a months-long battle between snow, ice, and insurance, Blaine and Origin guided me through the process to our new roof. Through multiple inspections, battling the back and forth with insurance, Blaine aided me in the provision of a new type of almost "forensic" package that overrode my insurance's decision to deny my claim. I went from needing to pay outright for my roof to having my insurance accept the proper action, and I was able to use my bank account for quality-of-life updates to more top tier shingles, new gutter packages, and the addition of metal fascia to our home, that would continue to protect our home for the future. Dan (PM) attended my entire job site, and was very communicative. He and Preston were proactive in showing me where they found issues, instantly righting them, or informing me of gaps in how my home was lacking, and informed me. They proactively had the crew re-work any workmanship they didn't like, but also addressed any concerns we had, even if they were only aesthetic. This entire process has been tedious, from an insurance standpoint, but GETTING the roof was the least painful, and I'm glad to know THIS roof will last for a long time. I super appreciate their transparency, their guidance, and verifying with us along each decision.

The work Origin did for us on replacing windows was great. What is even better though is they are true to their word on workmanship warrenty. We had an issue with one sash a few months after the install and they came right out to assess and got handled.

Desmond helped me out a lot by repairing my roof leak. Looks and feels brand new.

I was originally turned down for coverage as Allstate said I had termite damage and also the water damage I have was over time. Blaine Stubbs who came out to give me a quote for repair was able to prove that I had hail damage a year ago on my siding. After sending away a piece of the siding for testing and submission of the results to Allstate they agreed to payout. Additionally Blaine confirmed that there measurements were short and so I was awarded additional money for the repair. Blaine went above and beyond and without his help I would have had to find the money myself for the repair. It just goes to show not take no for an answer from the insurance company who are trying to weasel out of paying for the repairs. I would highly recommend Blaine Stubbs and Origin Roofing.

After a particularly strong storm, Origin promptly came to assess our roof and some damage to our siding. They sent us an estimate, and the work was done the following week! They somehow near perfectly matched our 30 year old siding. Communication was excellent, prices competitive, and scheduling and payment extremely convenient and easy.
