Originally I thought origin did a good job when they replaced my siding but then it rained and water was leaking from the window in my living room. I called origin a guy came out and do said he put some caulk and tape around it. Now a few months later we hit the spring rainy season. The window still has a bad leak. Origin won’t return my calls. Update: After leaving them a bad review Scott came out and take a look they examined the leaky window and flew a drone over the roof. They said the problem is on the roof, but made promises to help me find someone to get it fixed. That never happened. He never recommended anyone to work on the roof. Another update: So I’ve done a lot of back and forth with this company to figure out why my window is leaking. Scott did finally come back and help identify the source of the leak. It turns out it was neither the siding nor was it the roof. However because it was such a headache getting someone to help me figure out what was happening I’m only giving them 3 stars.
