Great service - very friendly and professional. Our technician’s name was Edgar. He arrived exactly when we were told to expect someone. I guess there was a lot of debris and some tree branches stuck in the gutters. Which is so weird since there are no tall trees close to the house. He took pictures while he was up there so I could see the before and after. Super efficient and very nice!
Preston and his team went over and beyond for me! He was straight and honest from the beginning on what would be the best options in replacing the roof and to put siding on the house. I could not have been more pleased with my experience with the final product. Preston and his crew really went above and beyond to not only address the main issue with our room but he insisted on correcting underlying problems as well. Let’s face it, we did not daydream about buying a roof but the folks at Origin communicated all along the way, gave us options and were even able to complete the repairs ahead of schedule. This process could not have been easier. I wish I could give 6-stars.
We hired Origin to replace a large section of vinyl siding that had been damaged and torn off during a windstorm. They gave us a reasonable estimate then came out and did the repair in about two hours. I'm very pleased with the repair. Origin are nice folks to work with, very professional. I highly recommend them.
